Nestled in between Destin and 30A, you will find Miramar Beach. I have always found that this area is the perfect blend of all that the Emerald Coast has to offer.
Within a very short drive (10 minutes) you will have all that you need to access without going too far. Regatta Bay Golf Course, Raven Golf Club, Baytowne Wharf, Ocean Club, Winn-Dixie and Publix Grocery, Silver Shells Outlet Mall to name a few.
In my opinion, this area gives you access to all the best things that the Emerald Coast has to offer, while being at the median price point in the area.
The concentration of people on the beach here has increased in the past decade, but the lack of building on the north side of 98 has certainly helped keep it from getting too crowded which is advantageous compared to Panama City and Fort Walton Beach.
There are a few beaches here that get more crowded than others so you will need to make sure you don't make an investment that will make you go crazy in the long run. Our goal is the opposite of that if you are moving down here!
