Before we begin mentioning what they did above ground, what Propst Developers did initially below ground may be the most spectacular gift they have given this property.

Simply, there will not be a shortage in parking at Broadwest.

Other developments have to limit parking to one spot for even two-bedroom units, which is simply not the case here. Propst blasted down seven stories into the Tennessee limestone to allow for more than enough parking for both buildings – and is 40% bigger than the parking garage built for the Music City Center with more than 2,500 spots.

Once inside the Broadwest residential towers, owners will have the greatest access to amenities that is available in Nashville yet so far. While other towers put the pool in a mid-level deck or on the rooftop, Broadwest will have mid level pool AND a rooftop resort-style pool with a restaurant and bar with all-day access to sunlight. Also, on the 34th floor, top amenities include a golf simulator, fitness center with sauna and steam room, and outdoor green space with a rural feel, complete with a gaming lawn and gas grills.

With the exquisite Conrad hotel below, owners will have access to everything that they have to offer as well. From home delivery from the restaurants and bars, laundry and dry cleaning, and valet parking for yourself and your guests.

Investment in the immediate area is in the works as well as mega deals have been made for surrounding lots. Scenic Investments LLC has paid 11 million dollars for the 0.8-acre lot across the street and adjacent on the east side, the worldwide mega-developer Hines has purchased the 11-acre Reed family dealership properties for more than 100 million dollars with plans for seven multi-use towers. Downtown Nashville is expanding.

Hattie B's Hot Chicken

I love my hot chicken, and I love my Hattie B's. Absolutely massive chicken sandwiches, it almost seems as if their chicken breast meat was replaced by a turkeys. Incredible flavor. Incredible sides. Hot chicken sandwich, mac and cheese side and sweet tea is the ticket. No games.

Parthenon.jpg

Parthenon at Centennial Park

Built for the Centennial World Exposition in 1897, the Parthenon and the surrounding areas has recently been revamped featuring walking and running trails around a lake as well as a 40 foot Athena statue inside. The only exact Parthenon replica in the world.
