That search can often prove laborious and unfruitful. How often do you think people find the perfect home, only to find out months later that there is a similar one closer to their work or recreational activities?
Everyday! I prefer to look deeper and first establish what neighborhoods and areas would be most beneficial. What makes you happy? Outdoor parks, nightlife, the best restaurants, or country life next to a lake? We find that out day one.
From there we spend less time looking at the right home in the wrong location, and instead find the right neighborhood with the right home for you and your future.
